The Longest Yarn II Daily schedule
If you are planning a visit to Blackburn Cathedral to view The Longest Yarn II - Britain at War, here are the details you need...
Visitor Information
As the exhibition enters its final week, we are experiencing high volumes of visitors. Please be advised that a wait to enter the exhibition is likely and guest patience is highly appreciated.
The Cathedral café, Checks & Greys, is extremely busy with queues expected at most times, tables are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and guest patience is highly appreciated. Takeaway hot and cold drinks and snacks are available.
Due to large numbers of visitors, if you wish to bring a group of 15+ people, please contact us in advance to ensure that we have the capacity to facilitate your visit. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your group without advance confirmation of your attendance.
Daily Schedule
The schedule below is updated daily but is subject to change at short notice. Please note that during some daytime activities such as daily worship, organ concerts, schools visits and event setup, public viewing may be limited.
Please note: Due to our pattern of worship, the opening, closing and last entry times above will be strictly adhered to. The exhibition will leave Blackburn Cathedral on the afternoon of Saturday 7th February.
The Cathedral will remain open unless stated above but guests are advised that their visit may coincide with other activities taking place.
