As part of our Centenary celebrations, Blackburn Cathedral will host a special flower exhibition from Friday 21st August until Monday 24th August 2026.
Presented by the Friends of Blackburn Cathedral this special flower exhibition will see churches from across the Diocese bring parish life into the Cathedral in the form of stunning floral displays as this unique exhibition combines creativity with community.
The theme of this exhibition is ‘Celebrating the Uniqueness of Your Parish’ and is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the centenary of both the creation of the Diocese of Blackburn and Blackburn Cathedral.
Guests are welcome to view the exhibition during the Cathedral’s normal opening hours (some restrictions may apply on certain days).
There is no charge for entry however a donation of £5 per person is encouraged to help support the important work of The Friends of Blackburn Cathedral.
