Civic Service at the Start of the Mayor’s Year

The Cathedral will host a special civic service to officially welcome the new Mayor to the role as part of the borough’s Civic Sunday.

Those representing the life and work of the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen and dignitaries from across the area will join us for the service which begins at 11am.
