The Choristers Entertain – ‘In a Summer Season’

A short concert without an interval.

About this event

This is an uplifting mix of music both classic and modern sung by the Blackburn Cathedral choirs under the direction of Director of Music, John Robinson. In addition several young soloists are looking forward to performing some of their favourite pieces. Much loved verse will complement the performances. The Cathedral is delighted to welcome the renowned Blackburn born poet Mark Ward reading two poems from his best selling collection “Thunder Alley”.

Beginning at 7pm this is an event designed to entertain and inspire.

Tea and coffee is included in the price of the ticket. Tickets can be booked online using Eventbrite following the link:
